I Want To Sell My Car - Tips to get top dollar and sell your car fast online.

without comments

Well, this is Troy the Used Ad King! We get asked alot: I want to sell my car, what’s the best way? Well our answer is simple. Post an ad online to sell your car here and wait for the calls to come in from your ad. you can’t find a better way to sell your car online free. See the latest used ads for cars of all makes and models and post your ad for free. or see the video here.

How To Get the Best Price for your used car online.

1. Talk about your car: Use a vehicle history report to include as much information about the car as possible in a neat, concise way. Take photographs to show off your car, especially the body, interior and the milage. Also make sure to be truthful about dents or scratches etc.

2. Talk about You: Make sure all your contact information is up to date and create a profile that highlights your good qualities. Respond to buyer emails as quickly as possible, and follow the next day.

3. Price it Right: You might think the 2001 car that you’ve maintained meticulously and improved upon with tinted windows, rims and a spoiler is worth more, but buyers don’t really care about this stuff. Just clean your car up and tune it up. Get it detailed or do it yourself if you can’t afford it.

All classified sites use a form that you fill out giving you the ability to promote your item in almost any way that you see fit. Fill it out completely. Do you think they put all of that stuff there because coding is fun? You need those boxes to promote your thingy. After the basic personal info, like email and name you have the title box. This baby is the start of it all. The title of your ad will kill you faster than anything else. It needs to be clear, correct and compelling.

By clear I mean simple and to the point. Don’t get into too much detail. That’s what the body is for.

Build More Trust and Increase Conversions Using Voice Overs on Your Landing Pages

without comments

Your website is a useful tool for making sales in your sleep, but could it be making even more money for you during those twilight hours?

Every good marketer knows: The medium is the message.

When someone is reading your sales copy and about to make a purchase, all they really get from you socially perhaps is some cleverly written text that outlines the features and benefits that state why they should go ahead and take their credit card out of their wallet.

What if you could up the ante and reach those prospects on a heightened, more emotional level?

You can! By using voice overs.

Voice overs help to build trust and make an instant connection with the people who visit your website.

Adding a voice over isn’t just another bell or whistle to your website, you’ll be ingeniously employing another medium to help you communicate your internet marketing message, in this case, delivering your message using audio via your website.

By getting up close and personal at the point of sale, you’ve found another way to persuade prospective customers to buy, and as a bonus, have also given the world a better idea of who your company is through audio marketing, using the human voice to start a favorable relationship that is profitable and engaging.

A Final Tip

When it comes time to locate voice talent, you have lots of options.  However, there is one avenue you do not want to travel.  Do not work with an “ad agency”, you’ll end up paying 3x what you need to.  Work directly with the voice talent.

The Internet has made it exceptionally easy to find top level voice talent.

Just head to Voices.com or one of the other voice talent communities, listen to the voices and then get in touch with your top prospects directly.

Psychiatrics on the other hand deal with the emotional aspects of a mentally disordered person. While this sounds very similar to psychology there are profound differences. Personally I would not worry about any kind of psychology color experiments.

To be successful in the various careers in psychology you should be dedicated to helping people with their everyday life problems. These problems will need to be handled with care and patience.

It doesn’t matter if you are working in an office or at home, when you have documents that need to be copied you want a copier that you can rely on. Now if you want to select a suitable copier for your company you need to have a clear idea of what type of tasks you will need from this copier.

It could also be convenient to acquire xerox copy machine supplies. The other group delivers black and white only copies.

What to look for in a wooden porch swing.

without comments

Before buying a wooden porch swing, it’s important to make sure that the swing you are buying meets a number of important criteria. Here is a list of what you should look for in a swing, along with some reasons why it’s important.

Hand Made - A hand made swing is certainly a must when buying a porch swing. This is because each piece is individually crafted, ensuring better cuts and a smoother finish.

Cypress - Cypress has been called the “eternal wood” because of its ability to stand up to the elements. A cypress swing is as durable as teak, while being as little as one-tenth the price! Don’t buy a swing made from exotic woods only to watch it rot on your porch.

Size - Be sure that the porch swing you choose is the correct size to fit on your porch, and to fit the number of people you expect to be swinging on it.

Accessories - Would you like your swing to have a cup holder? An interesting question, perhaps, but certainly something to think about. What will you want with you while on your porch swing? Keep that in mind when looking at what’s available.

The Porch Swings I Love Most

Of course, I have a very strong preference in porch swings. There is one particular artisan who builds beautiful, durable porch swings from Cypress. His name is Ted Leger (pronounced Lay-shay), and he’s based in Louisiana (where a lot of cypress trees grow). All of his swings are hand made, and he can ship anywhere in the USA.

I strongly recommend you view the variety of porch swings he has available.

Dyslexia in Children, Dyslexia Symptoms and Famous People With Dyslexia

without comments

Dyslexia is a neurological disorder for which the symptoms are that the brain seems to be unable to properly interpret the signals it gets from the eyes and ears. Dyslexia usually shows itself by way of difficulties in reading, spelling and converting common words into sounds. It is a widespread condition with as much as 10% of the population having some form of dyslexia.

In recent times we have learned a great deal about dyslexia, especially in the last 15 years or so. Dyslexia in children is now routinely screened for and detected in elementary school and before. We now know that children with dyslexia learn differently and need special training to overcome the difficulties they might otherwise experience.

Those of us who finished grade school more than 15 years ago were not so lucky as to have been correctly diagnosed. Most dyslexics got branded as “slow learners” or “underachievers” and were stygmatized by this type of label. They felt shame and embarrassment and developed elaborate defense mechanisms to hide the fact that they were different.

It is estimated that almost 95% of adult dyslexics are still unaware of their condition. A simple readily available dyslexia test could identify them and set them on the road to overcoming their dyslexia problem(s).

Dyslexia symptoms in adults include problems with reading, a reluctance to read anything aloud, difficulties in transcribing messages received by phone and being employed in positions below what their intelligence and experience would seem to warrant, these, among a longish list of other related symptoms.

Most of what has been learned about dyslexia comes from clinical studies, focussing on the problems of dyslexia. However, there is also a positive side to dyslexia. Dyslexic people seem to learn to think in different ways from non-dyslexics. They learn to visualize the whole picture rather than the details of the parts. Many excel in fields where this is important, fields such as architecture, graphic arts, acting and business.

This phenomenon is so common and the trend is so pronounced that such people are said to be “blessed with dyslexia”! There are many, many famous people with dyslexia. Famous dyslexics include the actor Tom Cruise, painter Picasso, singer/actress Cher and entrepreneur Sir Richard Branson.

If you, or anyone you know, has any symptoms that might indicate dyslexia, by all means get tested at once. A competent, detailed test is available online, takes half an hour, can be taken from anywhere you have an Internet connection and costs less than dinner for two at a medium-priced restaurant!

Disclaimer: This posting is based on information freely available in the popular press and medical journals that deal with dyslexia. All Seasons Hire rush to the rescue!

without comments

During recent maintenance work on the chiller plant room at a large server room in the centre of London, things started to go wrong and temperatures started rising fast!

The maintenance contractor was faced with overheating servers and potential failure due to the unexpected problems.

The maintenance work was started due to an ongoing problem where several air conditioning compressors had failed; however things really started to heat up when further failures were experienced. All Seasons Hire rushed to site and things were cooled down fast when they installed 20 water cooled 22000btu portable air conditioning pack units. Commercial Director Andy Hamilton stated “the project had gone unexpectedly wrong due to the failure of the fixed chiller units. However we were able to get to site very fast and within 2 hours we had stabilized the server room temperatures. We would normally have installed a portable chiller unit connected to air handling units but there were time and space constraints on site and so we decided to use our water cooled pack units. They are perfect for server room applications, they are water cooled split units capable of delivering 22000btu of cooling and the heat exchanger can be placed as far as 30mtrs from the indoor air conditioning unit”.

All Seasons Hire deliver a wide rang of portable air conditioning and heating solutions; their hire fleet consists of portable air conditioning units from 4kW to 10kW, portable chillers ranging from 20kw to 550kW, air handling units, portable heaters and a wide range of portable electric, oil and gas fired boilers from 22kW to 550kW.

Is Medication appropriate for your ADHD Child?

without comments

Has a pediatrician or pre-school teacher suggested that your toddler may have ADHD? Have you noticed unusual behavior by your child that concerns you? Are you wondering what steps to take in order to help your child grow socially and intellectually? Let’s look at some options and facts to help you decide what to do next.

The cause of Attention Deficit Disorder with Hyperactivity (ADHD) is still a mystery. There are many theories about the etiology of this puzzling disorder, including heredity and brain abnormalities visible on Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans, but no definitive conclusions exist. Medical science does know that ADHD has no connection to a child’s dietary habits. ADHD is not caused - or cured- by nutrition and diets.

According to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of the American Psychiatric Association, Version Four, Text Revision (DSM-IV-TR), the primary symptoms of ADHD include lack of attention, inability to listen and follow directions, forgetfulness, unorganized, impulsive behavior, fidgeting and restless body movements, excessive talking and/or noise making, being constantly “in motion,” and frequent interruption of others. Many parents would say that this describes every two-year-old on the planet! Perhaps there is merit in the “Terrible Twos” theory, and the behavior will eventually resolve itself within a year or two with careful and consistent parenting. However, ADHD is a real, legitimate disorder that does affect both children and adults in some cases; it cannot simply be dismissed as temporary unruliness. The diagnosis is correctly made when it’s clear that the child is socially and intellectually impaired due to these symptoms.

If you suspect your child has ADHD, consult a pediatrician and a child development specialist to confirm the diagnosis. Once diagnosed, you’ll need to examine your choices regarding treatment for your child. Children as young as age two are being medicated with the “traditional” ADHD drugs, Ritalin, Cylert, and Dexedrine. These are powerful stimulant drugs with troublesome side effects such as insomnia, stomach pain, increased blood pressure, sensitivity to sunlight, and irritability. Concerned parents wonder why stimulants are given to children who are already wired and wound-up! Medical research indicates that in children and adults with ADHD, stimulants help the afflicted person to focus and concentrate.

There’s a “new kid on the block” for the treatment of ADHD in children and adults. The new drug Strattera is not a stimulant, thus having none of the stimulant-related side effects. It is rapidly becoming the treatment of choice for ADHD. However, the safety and effectiveness of Strattera with children under age six has not been established. Essentially, you have two options: try your toddler on the traditional stimulant drugs, or your pediatrician can prescribe Strattera “off label” (not FDA approved) and closely monitor your child for adverse effects. A possible third option is to maintain your toddler on a stimulant until he/she reaches age six, and then switch to Strattera.

Many parents these days are choosing yet a fourth option, one that does not require drugs. If you decide not to go with medication to treat ADHD, there are behavioral methods of controlling your child’s disorder and behavior. If your child is severely impaired, both socially and intellectually, this path may be a difficult choice, but keep in mind it is possible. In the end, the choice is yours. Take all of your options into account, know the facts, and then act in the best interests of your child.

Successful Network Marketers Take Shortcuts

without comments

The shortcut to network marketing success is where you leverage the experience and the mistakes of those that have travelled the road before you. They make the mistakes and you benefit from it. By being aware of their mistakes you will succeed faster, because you don’t have to make the same mistakes they did.

A common mistake Product Doesn’t Matter!

If you are flogging your companies product that is in your eyes going to change the world…..

Save your breath, your prospects don’t care about your product!

It’s a common mistake that I think we all made when getting started. We find that perfect product and we see the opportunity behind it and literally fall in love.

I’m not saying that having a strong conviction to your business is wrong because I DO think it’s an absolute key factor in your network marketing success, all I’m saying is think from your prospects perspective.

  • They don’t know you
  •

  • They don’t know your product
  •

  • They don’t know your business
  •

  • And at first they don’t care
  •

In the beginning, your prospects only care about what’s in it for them.

Find out what do they want? Ask them what matters most to them, what are their biggest fears and what are their greatest aspirations . . .

In marketing, the person that wins is the one that knows his or her prospects biggest problems and greatest dreams and then gives them a solution to those problems that pulls them towards their dreams.

Do this and you’ll be light years ahead of the competition.

Here’s your shortcut to internet network marketing success.
